Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office Matthew Dane Martin, 19, of 1201 A Mills Lane in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with minor in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Martin was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
