Arrests Fayetteville Crystal Mitchell, 27, of 318 Newell Drive in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony fraud or deceit to procure narcotics, financial identity fraud and violation of probation/ suspended sentence. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Saturday.
