4th Judicial District Drug Task Force
• Judy Williams, 69, of 3117 W. Mulberry St. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.
