Arrests Fayetteville Manuel Vazquez, 22, of 204 W. Pecan St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of firearm by certain persons and obstruction of governmental operations. Vazquez was released from the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday on $3,500 bond. Johnson Joshua Lehman, 27, of 410 Stapleton Drive in Lincoln was arrested Friday in connection with felony commercial burglary and theft of property. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday. Washington County Sheriff’s Office Darrell Benish, 28, of 565 N. Railroad St. in Winslow was arrested Friday in connection with felony first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and third-degree domestic battery. Benish was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
