Arrests Fayetteville Shalmah Donnell, 35, of 401 W. 24th St. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday. Springdale Mark Ramos, 18, of 1408 W. Huntsville Ave. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony theft of property. Police said Ramos stole a laptop computer from Har-Ber High School. Ramos was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center with no bond. Washington County Sheriff’s Office Jamie Callahan, 28, of 1906 Kristen Drive in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of firearm by certain persons. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.
