Benton County Sheriff’s Office Brent Dean Fletcher, 26, of 1802 Pine Apt. 1 in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Fletcher was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
