Arrests Bentonville James Wayne Chaney Jr., 36, of 803 Wuail Terrace in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender and unlawfully living near a school or daycare. Chaney was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set. Fayetteville Robert Maynard, 27, of 2560 W. Sycamore St. was arrested Friday in connection with felony computer child pornography; distributing, viewing and possessing child pornography; and sexual indecency with a child. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
