Barber in jail at least until Friday

Former Fayetteville real-estate developer Brandon Barber will remain in jail at least until a hearing scheduled Friday to address where he will live while awaiting trial. Barber's attorneys filed a motion Wednesday saying he should be allowed to live with his parents in Jonesboro until he stands trial on 27 counts of bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud, money laundering and conspiracy, according federal court documents.
