• Larry Helvey, 31, of 695 N. Oak Grove Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with misdemeanor criminal trespass. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $215 bond Tuesday.
