Arrests 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force Natalie Louise Earnest, 31, of 3356 Harvard St. in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. Earnest was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
