Arrests Fayetteville Jared Lovell, 19, of 898 Peachtree Road was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a defaced firearm, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying certain prohibited weapons. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,000 bond Thursday.
