Arrests Arkansas Department Of Community Correction Robert Dean Kile, 57, of Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Kile was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set. Benton County Sheriff’s Office Shelton Lange Hance, 18, of 11009 Georgia Flat Road was arrested Thursday in connection with failure to register as a sex offender. Hance was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
