Marshall Wayne Bassham, 25, of 510 N. Airport Loop in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with failure to appear for a felony offense, delivery of a controlled substance, distribution near certain facilities, second-degree forgery, residential burglary, revoke of suspended sentence or probation and theft of property. He was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail.
